So, I added the Requirement for caster level and Feat,Forge Ring - Artificer gains Forge Ring feat at 14th level

How to set the extra 2 rings?

Look at the magic item ‘mummys hand’ (? i think that’s what it is called-in 3.5 sources, that lets you equip an extra ring, ‘SLOTS’ ? Maybe?
Use the method that uses to add to your feat here - may need to have the feat AUTOEQUIP a virtual item that then adds the slots
