Clients after aa19b4e (refactor TimeKeeper to use std::chrono) report jitter in the range of 50 to 90ms when connecting to servers on any platform, even if the server is on the local network or the same host. For me I'm currently only having the issue on a Windows client, but I thought I had the issue on Linux clients before as well. Juest is having the issue on both Windows and Linux clients.
