Get updated functional assay data from the Google sheet, and add the Findlay functional enrichment score

This google sheet has minor updates to the functional assay data:

• In the Publication Overview tab, it contains the field Result Description, which had somehow not made it into existing sandbox data
• In the Publication Details tab, the Result column for the Bouwman1 assay has been updated to "Many Provided", following the discussion on the EGG call.

However, this sheet does not contain the Findlay functional enrichment score. It would be great to have a Google sheet that has that column, to facilitate further expansions. So while pulling the updated data, let's add a column for the Findlay functional enrichment score.
