Arctos test doesn't work

are both happy for me.

eg https://berkeleymapper.berkeley.edu/?ViewResults=tab&tabfile=https://arctos.database.museum/bnhmMaps/tabfiles/arctos_120.txt&configfile=https://arctos.database.museum/bnhmMaps/tabfiles/arctos_120.xml (Arctos Production) works fine.

Something blocked??
