New option in config that allows to toggle the display of content in /is warps. Currently we see player heads there, which when clicked take us to the /is warp menu, however it would be useful to have an option to simply see all warps in /is warps, and not to have them divided into player islands |

/is warpsopens the global warps menu, where you can see all the warps of all the islands.This menu can be edit to your liking as well.
