I am trying to use IOptionsMonitor in a dotnet isolated function app where configuration is read from local.settings.json. Is it possible for the worker process to detect changes to this file? I only need this for local development to simulate a change in an external system, so it would be preferable to use a local json file rather than introduce Azure App Configuration.
Created a repro here to demonstrate the difference for how IOptionsMonitor returns updated values in an api vs a dotnet isolated app.
