Missing dependency for Health & Fitness Evals notebook

For the Health & Fitness Evaluations with Azure AI Foundry notebook, in order to run the Cloud Evaluation with AIProjectClient code cell, the user needs to install azure-ai-ml. Otherwise, they'll get an error when trying to run the cell. I checked the requirements.txt file in the 3-quality-attributes folder and at the base of the repo and it's not listed.
