Description

We have a requirement at a customer's environment to exclude certain sections from the module README files.

For example, when a module configured to reference existing resources, those existing resources will be listed under the Resource Types section. We need to be able to customize the README files because they will be used as documentation for the end users.

We have developed this capability by defining the readme exclusions in settings.yml. We are happy to raise a PR and add this feature if the team agrees.
