Azure Front Door (AFD) WAF Triage workbook fails on `policyScopeName_s`

Describe the bug
The AFD WAF Triage workbook contains a reference to a column policyScopeName_s in the AzureDiagnostics table, which no longer exists.

I think the new column name is policy_s.

Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Deploy the AFD WAF Triage workbook.
2. Open it, set subscription and workspace.
3. Observe the first block, which shows an error message.

Expected behavior
Logs should be shown.
