Links to Quick Deployment Templates on Wiki are Broken

Describe the bug

The links in the wiki are incorrect since the revamp of the /azure/azure-quickstart-templates repo - https://github.com/Azure/Azure-Network-Security/wiki/Quick-Deployment-Templates.

I would PR but I don't believe there is a way to PR a wiki that's not hosted as a part of the repo filesystem.
