[Question] AKS 1.31 rollout timelines

Based on https://releases.aks.azure.com/#tabus, AKS 1.31 is still not available in all regions. Rollout began at the beginning of Nov '24.

Question
Is there a current status on this release? We are hoping to include this in the next release of our product but it must be released to all regions to do so. It seems abnormal for it to take this long.

I believe there was a change freeze during December. So I'd expect that it will roll out soon.
