For local wireless connection, The phone and the computer must be connected to the same Wi-Fi. But it also works over the internet if you have the IP Address of a device that has open ADB port 5555. Like on https://shodan.io , If you search "Android Debug Bridge", you can find open adb ports all over the internet. |
