Right now files like Mac's .DS_Store are displayed as resources. we need a generic way to indicate which files should be ignored so that we can add to that list as needed.

Start investigation in avail.anvil.nodes.ResourceDirNode.

Fixed index calculation bugs that were splitting double-struck
163f0c8 
W (𝕎) into its constituent UTF-16 surrogates in the editor. It
was also being mis-parsed when it occurred in a string literal
(issue #277).
- Incremented repo version to V17.
- Avail artifacts now exclude ".DS_Store" automatically (issue #255).
