A user reported that the logo is no longer being displayed on their job submission form. 8640577-zd-a8c

Upon testing, I discovered that when I try to add a logo image and then save the draft, I encounter a critical error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Post a Job' page
2. Add logo image
3. Click the Save Draft button
