Create 3 data resources:

Whale Shark Satellite Tracking
All whale shark race and satellite tracking projects. Wanted to call it Ningaloo but spatially it doesn't look right
Maldives Whale Shark Satellite Tracking - 2 projects, strange names Ocean (269), Thaa Atoll 2017 (402)
Christmas Island Whale Shark Satellite Tracking - project 1306

Ecocean should either be a data provider or institution, not both. We'll decide which and fix in gbif.
