I would like to know if there is a utility for AtlasOS like for ReviOS (https://github.com/meetrevision/revision-tool) ?

We do plan to release one in the future. But currently no.

Although a proper GUI is a better user experience, it's not a priority as it only changes a little functionally, that's why we haven't got one currently.

However, as @PencilNavigator said, I'm sure there will be one eventually, and having one will be a good improvement.
