把目前DID相关的SDK从原来的Forge里独立出来，成为我们专门的DID SDK。而Forge的SDK可以依赖DID的SDK。因为完全有可能有用户需要用DID，却不需要用Forge。

从层次上而言，是这样的由底到上的结构：

Crypto SDK --> DID SDK --> ArcBlock Platform SDK
