DID Connect 是否自动打开 web wallet 或者 connect wallet，用户应该可以控制。

例如用户主动关闭/拒绝一次后，下次就不应该再自动连接。

现在一旦我连接过钱包（尤其是web的），每次切换，钱包都会自动打开，而且无法拒绝，也几乎没有时间重新扫码切换。
