multiple version deployment for document site, so we can keep updating document all the time and not worry break the site.

I think what Django project did is good, they always have a "stable version" document and a "development version", the "development version will have a yellow warning and user can always click to navigate back to stable version.

maybe we can deploy to different site on different branch. just a better CI action script.

for the development version, it's a flag for rendering the warning message on the top.

let's plan it so we can get it fixed. I'll hire some people dedicated on our document soon
