Add Sleep Wake System To AIR-1

Add sleep switch and sleep interval. Would allow to sleep AIR-1 for 5 minutes (user controlled) and then wake up to report temps. This would reduce temp offset significantly I imagine.

We don't have the ability to kill power to the SEN55, or other sensors but turning off the ESP would be significant heat savings.
