Update emoji.json

Greetings!

It will be cool to update the emoji.json with the latest version of emoji from https://emojipedia.org or the https://unicode.org/Public/emoji/latest/emoji-sequences.txt (:

I can create a PR with updated json if you provide a script you use for it's generation (apparently parsing some other datasource/resource?)

E.g. https://emojipedia.org/face-holding-back-tears this emoji is back from 2021, but is not present in the json.
