Split the data in ambire constants into multiple endpoints

the json for the constants becomes very large and with the development of the new humanizer and the browser extension we will need much more data like function sighashes, list of malicous dapps (from extenal repos). This might significantly reduce the trafic for the client in cases where we need only specific data.
