app owner name is not displayed on platform receipt

Description

We now display app owner names in the app instance header and app receipt. When one opens platform receipt of an archived app instance , app owner name is not displayed on the header

To Reproduce

1. Open an archived altinn3 app instance from altinn messagebox.
2. the header of the receipt is missing the appowner name.

Issue 2: Receiver always displays appowner name in bokmål

Expected behavior

App owner name should be visible in the header.

Seems issue 1 with app-owner name in the header remains, but issue 2, the translation is OK:

@jeevananthank : As far as I can see, the app-owner still shows before clicking through to the details, so is it needed in the details-header too?

Edit: checked with the apps-team, and we should still try to conform the header design/layout. Keeping the issue.
