Avsender av en melding skal kunne legge med en valgfri mottakeradresse. Behovet for dette har kommet av at 1 tjeneste i Altinn i noen situasjoner blir brukt av flere interne tjenester samtidig, som gjør det umulig å bruke Altinn registeret riktig.

Ved tom verdi for mottakeradresse skal mottaker søkes opp på samme metode som det gjøres i API`et i dag.
