Markdown highlighting not working #47

I love this theme, but I simply can't get the markdown highlighting to work, even when following the instructions exactly. The text is just white:

Sublime: 3.2.2 build 3211
OS: MacOS Catalina version 10.15.3 (19D76)

I have little hope that this repo is still alive but fingers crossed (and if not, thanks anyway for a beautiful theme 👍 )
