Theme seems to need update for 3129

I have some issues with the update:

• Sidebar font looks off, no icons
• The arrows for {previous,next} tab and for the tab selection dropdown are very low-res

Another subtle issue is unfocused tabs now having a text color that appears wrong/unintended.

Similar in Build 3131, there is no folder icon, need fixed.

Explicitly setting the layer opacity for icon_folder seems to do the trick for folder icons as mentioned in iccir/El-Capitan-Theme#25.

You can try this out before it's merged by installing Alpenglow manually:

Locate your Sublime Text Packages directory by using the menu item Preferences -> Browse Packages....

For the other issues, try updating to the latest ST3 dev build. Issues with previous builds were discussed in ctf0/Seti_ST3#293.
