天翼 和 夸克均无法挂载

挂载天翼云盘显示图形验证码错误：

挂载夸克网盘显示443: connect: network is unreachable：

天翼云盘: 禁用-不使用OCR 打开-再启用
夸克: 未复现，可以尝试关闭ipv6解决

天翼云盘: 禁用-不使用OCR 打开-再启用 夸克: 未复现，可以尝试关闭ipv6解决

天翼云盘的问题是因为天翼现在的图形验证码太过复杂，估计OCR 识别有误，多重复几次启用、禁用，就可以了。

另外夸克的目前没开 ipv6，夸克的驱动 drive.quark.cn 目前的确无法连接，404 了
