Add the contributor section in bottom of read me file

I will like to add a feature at bottom of ream me file which will keep updating our list of contributor !!

For eg

GSSoC has provided you with a platform and an opportunity to not just step into open source but to learn under the mentorship of the various project admins. I'd kindly advice you to take the full advantage of this opportunity and try learning and contributing to the codebase as well.

It's totally okay that you are adding this contributors list to various repositories but it's just the same copy paste everywhere and you haven't been contributing otherwise. Don't see this event as a competition but look at it as an opportunity to learn and connect with others and grow your skills and experience. Events like these don't take place that frequently.
