Is this for IntelliJ 11? If so, how to install it on IntelliJ 11 in windows?

Hi Kevin,

The theme can be used in 11 or 12. You just need to copy the theme to your
"colors" folder in IDEA Preferences:

http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/webhelp/project-and-ide-settings.html
