Promote topic with schema

What is currently missing?

Promotion of topic with schema is a bit problematic. An user has to promote topic, wait for approval, and then promote schema. It requires multiple actions between requester and approval.

How could this be improved?

Add possibility to promote topic with schema at once.

@maciejmaciejko-gid I understand there are multiple actions in there to promote a schema, but sometimes, to keep the process simple, we had to design it this way.
