Topic's readme/documentation disappear after promotion

What happened?

I created topic with documentation (readme), and promoted on higher environment. The promoted topic has no documentation.

What did you expect to happen?

Promoted topic should be base topic with changes set during promotion. Documentation isn't cloned/linked to new topic. It has to be copied manually. It requires additional work after approving request on every environment.

Suggestion:
Copy documentation and enable it for editing during topic promotion.

Indeed topic documentation is stored only for base level topic, and the information is not copied deliberately, as when user views a topic in the catalog, the description is fetched from the base env, and displayed.

So curious, where in klaw are you noticing this promoted topic alone, and description is not visible.

Hi @maciejmaciejko-gid would you be able to provide any additional detail where the description is not being properly shown as if it is not shown in the UI it is a Bug.
