Onboarding widget points to empty area on resize

The onboarding help widget arrow points to an empty area instead of a specific UI element.

This occurs when the browser window is below a certain width/size.

This happens because the onboarding tooltip uses a selector like #sidebar-get-started-guide to point to a sidebar element. When the window is too narrow, the sidebar (and thus the target element) may be hidden or not rendered, so the tooltip arrow points to an empty area. There’s no logic in the current implementation to hide or reposition the tooltip if the target element is missing after a resize. This is a known limitation of the current approach and not yet addressed in recent PRs or issues (source, source).

To fix this, you could add logic to check if the target element is visible before showing the tooltip, or listen for window resize events and hide the tooltip if the sidebar is collapsed. Updating selectors for mobile layouts or using a fallback position when the target is missing would also help.
