The special meeting of the Aegir Cooperative Provisional Board was called to order at 19:00 (UTC) on 2016-03-24 by Christopher.

NR Note on Websites

http://aegirhostingsystem.com was an unofficial website project Nicholas Roberts built using a premium theme in a couple of days, as a project portfolio item. NR doesnt want to make a non-GPL website as an official aegirhostingsystem site, so he has been working on a Panopoly Radix GPL version http://panopoly.arizmendix.devekko.net/ . The new GPL site is not a stylish or polished, am working on that. He is getting ready for a talk at Stanford, and it will be ready with the new Panopoly site after that. He originally said end of March, I am now saying end of April. He has a talk at Stanford and then another talk locally.

Also, NR has made an Aegir Camp 2016, Open Camps, nyccamp.org, United Nations one page with the same Panopoly / Radix Startuply theme http://aegircamp.org/

1. Founding of the Aegir Cooperative

Work remains to establish the coop. This includes:

• Submit forms to register our cooperative status with the Québec Government

• Finalize Coop by-laws, req'd following acceptance of coop forms
  • Requires:
    • Further linking into Law on Cooperatives, for easy reference.
    • Further cleanup, editing and re-writing
    • Individual review by Provisional Board members
