[Feature] Add support for Basque (Euskera)

We need to translate the drop-in component to Basque since new regulations have arised in
the Basque Country that enforces services and apps to be translated to both Spanish and
Basque.

Hi @sebastianvarela, thanks for reaching out. As mentioned by the iOS team, we do not have support for Basque currently. We are discussing internally the feasibility of this but so far we have no confirmation whether this will be done or not. If this is urgent to you I suggest you add your own translations since you mentioned you can provide them yourself.

The best way to start is to copy the strings from drop-in and ui-core into a new strings.xml file inside values-eu-rES and replace their values with your translations. But ultimately you might need to check all the strings and copy the ones in the modules you are using. Here's a search query to help you find them all.
