Thank you for your suggestion. Although there isn't currently a built-in option to attach files when contacting support through the app, there are a few workarounds available. One option is to upload a screenshot to a cloud service and provide us with the link. Alternatively, you can reply to our automated response, which includes a ticket number, and attach the file there.
Rest assured, we'll keep your request open and explore the feasibility of implementing this feature, while also gauging the level of support for it among our users.
