[FEAT] Monterey Safari for Firefox.

The new Monterey Safari design looks kind of nice. So I thought it would be nice to have a Monterey Safari style for Windows. Is there any plans for the Monterey Safari release?

I haven't really looked into it that much, however @vinceliuice has started on a theme for Monterey: https://github.com/vinceliuice/WhiteSur-gtk-theme/tree/master/src/other/firefox/Monterey
It may be possible for me to adapt it to Windows / Mac, however i'd need to follow up with them first, as it'd make sense if a new repo was on their account

When there’s a Monterey theme, my add-on Adaptive Tab Bar Color can be used to mimic the color changing behavior. So I would recommend White Sur Firefox Theme having a color-less version alongside the main version.
