Some (all?) of the data science gh classroom assignment links are incorrect or the repos are improperly initialized

@SissiFeng thoughts here? This was for assignments from course 2 that I created some time ago. Do you know if/how this was addressed for courses 3 and 4?

Recreating the assignments would probably fix this. I don't think very many people would be affected by this (note to self, I'll need to update the links on canvas too).

If possible, assign me the access of the assignments of course 2. I will check it one by one. Github classroom sometimes runs in trick (even run well in local), I try to fix them.
