[PE-D] Need to constantly switch between Tabs to confirm vaccination status of participants for events

In the Events tab, each item is labelled if there is at least 1 unvaccinated person in the event.
The unvaccinated identity is not highlighted in the Event item itself. User will have to manually look at the names and switch tabs to confirm. This is not practical if there is a large number of residents under the event.

Violates the goal of "SafeFor(H)all can get your hall management tasks done faster than traditional GUI apps" if manual checking is needed.

Suggestion: Highlight unvaccinated names in the Event card as well.
