Macros 0.5 in time conversions

Hi all! Qq -- any idea why the macros file add 0.5 to the time inputs when doing time conversions? This makes the converted time incorrect in many cases.

E.g.,: 1 hour --> ns:
Expect: 60 * 60 * 1e9 = 3.6e+12ns
Actual: macros.hour2nano(1.0) = 3600000001800, or 3.6e12ns + 1800ns

Mm, that is a bug. The 0.5 should be added at the end of the hour to nano-seconds conversion to get proper rounding. I'll push a fix.
