Conflicts reported on implicit elements

Spork sometimes reports conflicts on implicit elements. This happens for example when the (implicit) package of a file can be successfully resolved in one revision, but not in another. The conflict is reported in the exit status, but as it is an implicit element it's not printed.

Conflicts on implicit elements should not be reported.
