Can you make OpcUaStack available through vcpkg?

vcpkg is a package manager maintained by Microsoft. It helps you manage C and C++ libraries on Windows, Linux and macOS. I saves me countless hours in building, installing and keeping up to date library dependencies for Visual Studio C++ projects.
