Refernces to user eminguzzi

To suppress all references to user eminguzzi:

1. crea_progetto_point.sh

• the script should be tested with the new LAMA5 archive
• find a user-independent working root dir (presently: /autofs/scratch2/eminguzzi/arkimet/tmp_point)
• find a user-independent archive root dir (presently: ~eminguzzi/arkimet/progetti_point)

3. crea_anag_arkioss, crea_anag_gts: change path of ouptut files

4. run_calmet, chimere_env, compile_chimere_chain, estra_grib_cosmo: remove from package and move to historical repository? (chimere scripts are outdated and refer to the old scalar version)

5. wrom.sh
   wrrom.gs calls draw_orog.gs, that in turn requires a set of topography grib files (presently: ~eminguzzi/server/util/grads/dat/orog*). Rather than adding alla of them to /usr/share/ma_utils, it would be better to make wrom.sh use a user-specified topography file.

6. crea_progetto_grid.ksh: references to $HOME_MINGUZZI
