@andrewpaulreeves started writing tests to verify Soapy a while ago, but we don't have exhaustive tests yet! So far we have:

Atmosphere:

Zernike Power Spectrum
Spatial Power Spectrum
Temporal Power Spectrum
Statistics of infinite phase screen

Wave front sensors:

Slope variance with r0
Pixel Scale

Deformable Mirrors:

Fitting Error

Science Camera

Strehl Calculation
