Abort system automatically while system is armed if pressure in any tank exceeds a safety threshold

We've yet to decide what this pressure level might be

**Crucial** that this only happens when armed. If we're manning the station we don't want it behaving unpredictably (and we don't man it when it's pressurised), and we can get crazy pressure readings from eg short circuits when assembling/testing.
