Make automatic cropping for profile

make it so that when the image is uploaded some form of a cropping window opens to crop the image to fit the avatar.

tried image_cropper, image and crop_your_image packages... so far crop_your_image got close but still no valid result so im putting this thing on hold for now

Added a delay and a notification to choose square image for best results and that's about all i can do for now.
