Hello,
I am writing an auto-updater program in python for copyparty. To update copyparty, this program needs to check copyparty’s current version (1) and be able to stop it to replace the copyparty python file (2). This means that I need a way for an external program to get copyparty’s version and PID (so I can stop it with os.kill). Is there any way to do this?
