拿到了欧洲老牌企业的offer了，

但是是在中国的子公司，去领英上查看母公司介绍，明确包含了子公司。

我可以凭借这个子公司中国分公司的offer，申请去欧盟或者加拿大吗？

法理上承认吗？🤔
