Timeline for animations

I think a timeline like "Construct Animate" or like Godot's timeline would be great to have on GDevelop

Yes this feature would give gdevelop some powerful functionality and allow for some complex sprite interactions with that either may not currently be possible or should be achieved with much greater ease
