Fibocom L860-GL(-16) is not detected in usbmode 11

There are at least 3 USB NCM modes for Fibocom L860-GL(-16) modems:
at@nvm:cal_usbmode.num=0, 10, 11

In 0, 10 modes the modem is represented as Intel device and correctly detected by the app:
Bus 001 Device 024: ID 8087:095a Intel Corp. MODEM + 2 CDC-ACM + 3 CDC-NCM + SS

In 11 mode the vendor is "Fibocom" instead, and the app doesn't show up info about the modem (IMEI, firmware, etc.):
