  • 현재 Controller의 리턴이 제각각입니다.
  • ResponseEntity<>를 활용하여 리턴하도록 전체 수정

이 부분은 200 응답이 아닌 경우에만 200번대 응답에 한해 ResponseEntity 를 사용하는걸로 정했었던 의도되었던 부분입니당
